With the discontinuation of the popular ASM S Special S2000 exhaust over 10 years ago, the new generation of S2k owner never got to experience how great it was. Stainless Steel, 70mm, cat back, Single exit. Not to mention it made the most hp with No Drone! Since it’s now impossible to get, we decided to recreate this awesome exhaust in stainless steel. We cut open our $1600 ASM exhaust mufflers and studied its chamber design so we could match it as best we can. Some small changes had to be made. We made it a 2 piece slip fit design for easier shipping versus the very long single piece exhaust. But overall we still retained the same initial design. The original ASM S Special Exhaust retailed $1600-$1800 from Japan

NOTE: We have successfully fit the Type S exhaust on two 06+ vehicles with ZERO ISSUES! A fair amount of adjustment and fitting was necessary, but we made it work. It does not hit or rub the passenger side exhaust tunnel, both vehicles have been track tested with no issues of the exhaust hitting or rubbing. No clamps or zip ties were used around the exhaust system to achieve this fitment.
